My husband and I spent a month in this apartment. We chose it for the fantastic view of Kaneohe Bay, the proximity to water and the affordable (for Hawaii) price. On the plus side: Kind and responsive hosts, Melodie and Lee, who went the extra mile to welcome our additional family members for a week during our stay. Privacy and the beautiful view. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and good wifi. Two desks for our work from home assignments. The ability to be outside in the yard and on paddle boards in the bay. Somewhat disappointing to me: A non-walkable location. A car was necessary to access anything. Tired furnishings. A functioning but not terribly user-friendly kitchen. House and grounds that need TLC. My lasting memory will be watching the sunrise over the bay and the Ko'olau Range.

The view was amazing to wake up to every morning! It was in the perfect location and the owners were so helpful and provided us with snorkel gear, paddle boards, and so many tips on where to go. The best vacation I’ve had so far!

Amazing location where you see a beautiful sunrise everyday. Lee and Melodie were awesome hosts and were super helpful. The house was very spacious and you can’t beat the view. We worked here remotely for a month and it was the best experience!

Amazing place with stunning view. This place is unique because the house is by the coral reef, we’ve seen sea turtles in the ocean every time when we paddle boarded. That was amazing. Lots of fish to see, great snorkelling. Spacious bedroom, good wifi, huge bathroom, cozy living room. The best hosts ever, very responsive, helpful and very nice people. We definitely will be back.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit seiner Eltern, die über dem Appartement wohnen,ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Von einer Einladung zum Weihnachtsessen mit Freunden&Familie, einem eigenen Weihnachtsbaum, Verkostung nationaler Gerichte,einem Bootsausflug,ein Geburtstagsgeschenk mit selbstgemachten Cookies,gab es viel Information über Land&Leute und auch immer mal wieder die Möglichkeit an landestypischen Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen. Unglaublich herzlich-man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Die SUP Boards,zur freien Entnahme, erlauben einem die Gegend einfach zu erkunden. 300m bis zu den Schildkröten& zur Sandbank ist auch nur 2km&mit etwas Glück sieht man auch einen Manta Rochen. Die Lage Kaneohe ist perfekt. Ca. 45min nach Haleiwa/North Shore (Banzai Beach),25 min nach Honolulu und 1h in den Westen an den Makaha Beach& nur 25min zu den tollen Stränden Lanikai& Kailua. Das Appartment liegt direkt am Meer. Kleiner Punkt zu Verbessern: das Appartement bräuchte mal die ein oder andere "Auffrischung"...
