Unfortunately we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the first night. Wasn't communicated well and found a mattress on the floor when we turned up. They did offer another location however we were due to have a baby and we picked this location due to how close it was to the hospital. no offer of reimbursement. they did get a bed for the next day. was alot of direct communication probably too much wanting to know exactly arrival times and departure times even though they had check in and check out times. overall a great location in subiaco just a bit disappointing that my 9 month pregnant partner had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the first night.

The location of this unit is fantastic and apartment area is safe. Can catch train from airport and it’s a 2 min walk. Across road from subiaco private/west leederville private/st John of god hospitals. They allowed an early Check in which was appreciated. The is the first time I have written a bad review during all my Stays at air bnbs. Be aware: THIS IS A STUDIO APARTMENT - the advertisement is misleading. It does not allude to this nor do the photos show this. Not baby friendly - The blinds are so sheer it’s very bright from 430am. They provide a portacot but there is limited space to put it as very small space-smaller than a hotel studio. There was issues with no high chair and portacot linen being provided like the advertisement stated. The hosting company was very responsive and a highchair and linen was dropped off half a day later. The apartment could use a deep clean and the bed a new mattress. The location is unrivalled however I won’t be staying again.
