The home sits on nearly an acre of pine forest in the Lost Pines Conservation Area. Everything is at your fingertips: Adirondack chairs around a fire pit for S'mores, games and activities for the kids or the young at heart, two bedrooms with luxurious king-sized beds with memory foam toppers, a game room with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total in that room). There are three TVs: one 65" TV and two 55" TVs. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized prior to your arrival. The kitchen is highly functional and organized with a large area for prepping food or gathering on barstools. You'll have access to two different types of coffee makers, a microwave, wine glasses, blender, grill, baking supplies, Tupperware, etc. The dining room table expands to seat up to 8 people. The sectional couch is great for larger groups. The back deck has two lounge chairs and a grill. The pine forest backyard features a stock tank pool (10' wide x 2' deep). The property is less than 1 mile away from Lake Bastrop down a tree-lined road, a 5-minute drive from Bastrop State Park (with a community swimming pool during the summer), 3 miles from the Bastrop historic downtown with quaint shops and several restaurants, 30 minutes away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Circuit of the Americas, and a quick 45 minutes away from everything Austin has to offer.
