Needed a place near the in-laws for the holidays and this place was great. Felt right at home and wonderful space in the bedrooms for kids. Loved the toys already there. Will be back!

This was a great place for us to stay while in town visiting family for the holidays. It’s very peaceful backing up to the marshlands-the sunsets are great! The kids of course loved the bunk beds, and we loved how the kitchen had pretty much anything you would need. Thanks for a great stay.

This was our third trip to the area for lacrosse tournaments at DE Turf. The first two trips we stayed at gross, overpriced Dover hotels, so we figured we'd try an Airbnb. This one hit the spot! It's only about 10 minutes from the fields and had WAY more space than a hotel at around the same price. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen meant we could cook instead of going to restaurants. The street (and entire neighborhood) was super quiet and full of raised duplexes not far from the water. The one next door to our unit was also an Airbnb. Saturday night we did the 40 minute drive to Rehoboth, which has a lot more to do than the areas around Dover. All in all a great stay and we'll be back!

Went for a lacrosse tournament. It was close to the fields plus close to a great restaurant & the beach.

We went down for a Memorial Service and the location was great. The place was very clean and decorated very nicely. My Grandson loved the kids toys that were at the place. I highly recommend it.
