Not clean and spacious as advertised! This place is dingy, very old, and cheap renovated. “Nicolas” does not care what you want. This is my second booking which I wasted half money from my husband sickness last time. Which was accident that made us could not stay. We still booked this place again next 3 months without any discount with our loyalty. All we got was disappointment from overpriced room with no care. He refused to send someone to clean room just one time for us even it was trash there before we checked in. The room was full of stain on walls, smelly mattress, stain on rugs, very old refrigerator, dirty kitchen drawers… etc. We decided to stay just one night and leave to other place much much better than this place…. Believe me , stay other place!!!

Great stay! Only issue was how to adjust the temperature in the apartment was not included in the instructions.

Beautiful character apartment, lots of space, and matched the pictures exactly. Very fairly priced. Extremely clean and well presented. Right off the Main Street with tons of local shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The surrounding area was beautiful, felt very safe. The Host gave very clear instructions, no issues with check in or check out. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 recommend this air bnb!

Nicholas and the co-hosts were very responsive during our stay. Everything was just as they said in the listing. The bedrooms were big and we appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Boston is an easy 20 mins from this Airbnb. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay that is accessible to Boston but in a more quiet and accessible neighborhood.
