Toni, and Toni's place was great. Toni's was very responsive to our questions before, after booking, and while we were there. She did a great job describing the area, local amenities, and things to do. She had plenty of towels, linens, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils available to use. This place fit our needs perfectly. We had a large group and there was enough area to enjoy the home. I hope to stay here again when we return in the future.

The space was great for two families with 6 kids under 10. The basement was a great space for them to spread out and have their own area. We were very close to the dock for boating, and it was easily accessible. The kitchen was great with plenty of available amenities, as we cooked every meal for our two-night stay. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The clean-up instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. We loved having the washer and dryer available to bring home clean clothes and beach towels. The low traffic driveway was a great place for our kids to play outside. Great place for our yearly fishing trip.

Toni was very friendly and responsive. Everything went well but we felt like the price was a little high for the cleanliness of the house.

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. Was very close to the river and boat docks. Toni was wonderful to work with. We will be back next year!
