Das Haus ist am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen und die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, der per Zahlencode geöffnet werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer findet sich ein komplett neues großes Schrankbett, das während unseres Aufenthalts aufgestellt wurde. Zudem gibt es im Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett. Beide Betten sind sehr bequem. Da wir gerne kochen, waren wir von der großen Fülle an Küchengeräte begeistert. Selbst zum Dämpfen, Trocknen, Mixen, Grillen war alles da uns sauber. Und der Geschirrspüler erspart den Abwasch. Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine neue Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hat auch Zugang zu Pay-TV und wir konnten über Anazon Prime darauf sogar deutsche Sendungen schauen. Für den Pool war es zu kalt, aber Abendessen und Grillen auf der kleinen Terrasse ging gut. Der Ort ist gut gelegen für Unternehmungen sowohl in Richtung L.A. als auch Newport Beach oder andere Strände.

Very easy to find and access the air bnb. Perfect size for my family of 4 with two boys aged 11 and 7. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear some noise at times. During the week it was not an issue at all. During our stay the weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t use the pool however it was quite unkempt. Maria checked in on us mid week which I really appreciated. She was very responsive to all of my questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again.

very responsive with queries, felt right at home and comfortable. you are apart of a family home so some noise from upstairs but nothing worth complaining about as it wasn't often and the kids were lovely, the area felt safe and a nice neighborhood, had everything we needed and more ,if you want a place to yourself hire a villa , if you want a clean tidy Airbnb with everything you would need then this I the place . Thankyou for hosting us and if we ever did make it back across from the UK we would definitely use Maria again

We 100% plan to come back to this home away from home. It was beautiful, convenient, and comfortable. The mattress, bed sheets, and towels were so soft that I legitimately checked labels and wrote down brand names so that I could buy some of my own when I got home. 😄 Maria thinks of everything and anticipates needs. There were even umbrellas by the door and laundry detergent by the washing machine. Her family was so kind the few times we saw them, and we felt so welcome and safe in her beautiful neighborhood. There were restaurants galore and DoorDash options for every type of fare. We also had a Walmart grocery order delivered to stock the fridge and cabinets for the week, and that saved us a lot of money on eating out. The furniture and decor were beautiful. The pictures do not even do this listing justice. We were so pleased when we arrived. The location was super convenient for sightseeing as it is between Anaheim and LA. Book without hesitation. We will definitely be back!
