The apartment is clean and well-sized for two people. I liked the neighborhood generally, and the location is close (1 mile) to where I was going. But I couldn’t find parking within four blocks on two occasions, returning after dinner. I also didn’t like the steep stairs up to the apartment; my daughter was unable to negotiate them. I was uncomfortable that the front door pass code was the same as the apartment lock. The wi-fi worked well, but the name and password were not correct in the “Welcome” booklet or from the host (it is on a small card in the apartment, next to the bed). I did not feel comfortable on my walks to/from my car (and beyond, through the neighborhood and into the city) because of urban camping, sidewalk sleepers, and aggressive panhandlers. Because of these factors, I didn’t see that the apartment was worth the high price.

I rented Bob's unit while waiting for my bed to be delivered to my new apartment and it was very comfortable, especially the bed. The location was also very nice, as I was attending a concert at Revolution Hall that night, and it was right around the corner from the venue, as well as several places to eat. I would love to stay again

Just as described, a very comfortable, pleasant place to stay in a terrific location. Smooth check-in. Everything the two of us needed was there for a relaxing, easy stay. Comfortable bed, large-screen TV, full kitchen with K=cup coffeemaker and pods, nice bathroom. Felt private, secure and quiet, yet the location leaves you in a great location close to restaurants, cafes and parks, as well as good access both to downtown and a range of neighborhoods, hikes and other attractions scattered around that part of Portland. Host Bob was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Very happy with our stay here, we'd book this again any time.

This is an awesome place for a couple or for a quick couple of days that has a kitchen and everything you need as well the location two seconds away is one of the best views in the city above the covered high school converted to a bar. there is also tons of great food within walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes. they would definitely stay here again and he was very helpful with anything I've requested as far as the trash location ect. The AC and heat both worked well, and the TV was fine, the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfect really. I would definitely come back. also parking on the street was super simple.
