Just needed a place to stay the evenings whilst I mooched about the lakes for a few days and this was a great spot! Good price, suited the basic room facilities - just means you get to make it as you please! Access to plug allows many home comforts too. I'd come back!

An empty hut as listed it was very cosy for 4 and a dog but value for what we paid and we could fit a double, single and toddler blow up beds and dog bed just. The pod, shower block and toilets were clean and well lit at night. Shower was good, the sink tap flow was abit odd but that could have been user error (me). It felt very safe and the static caravan owners were really friendly. The company and staff were responsive, helpful and polite. Soft play (small but perfectly formed) and the pool were fab for the kids. The pool particularly was really clean and a good size. It was dog friendly with a dog area in the restaurant so the kids could play whilst I sat with the dog. There was also a great table inside that you could see the pool and sit with the dog. About 30 minutes to the lakes so great to do day trips. Shop reasonable for an on-site shop especially when there isn’t another one for a good drive. We enjoyed our stay and would return again for another short stay.

we stayed in a pod for 3 nights, as described and was clean and spacious for myself, partner and 2 dogs Site was clean, tidy and the complex had plenty to do along with a restaraunt, bar and shop Shared showers and toilets were exceptionally clean and the site was well lit to walk to them very close by was a nisa store/ petrol station, a services with Burger King, Greggs, Costa, shops etc Close town of Milnthorpe had plenty of takeaways and shops for essentials within 10 minute drive Very close to all towns we wanted to visit such as Windermere, Lancaster, morcambe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal etc so lots to do within close proximity of this place

Lovely place, defiantly go again. Only issue was women bathroom was closed for refurb (will be nice when done), kitchen shut at 4 on Sunday but was off peak.

We enjoyed our stay in the camping pod and felt it was as described. Unfortunately there were no maps available on check in and given we could not check in until 4pm its was dark on arrival and finding our pod was a little challenging. I think it would be helpful in the winter months if at all possible to allow people to check in whilst it’s still daylight, even 3pm would have helped, particularly as everything closed at 5pm, which was a shame as we had literally unpacked and walked back to find everything closed. However, it’s excellent value, we paid the extra for the leisure centre pass and enjoyed a swim and play in the small arcade. We would stay again and hopefully without rain would be even better!
