Emily's House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Kos town center. Close enough to walk to all places of interest but far enough away not to be disturbed. The surrounding area includes villas with beautiful blossom gardens, open spaces and parks nearby. Family run with personal care to ensure the comfort and relaxation of my guests. We are always at the disposal of our guests for any assistance required and for any kind of information and local tips. Emily's House is a 2 bedroom maisonette, situated on the ground floor with independent access. There is a double room upstairs and a single room downstairs. The rest of the maisonette is an open plan kitchenette and living room area. Facilities include, all cooking utensils, halogen oven, separate hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, electric kettle, coffee machine. There is also air conditioning in the main living room area and a washing machine. Free parking and wifi is included.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à KOS, chez Emily's house ! Lefteris est un hôte généreux, disponible et très accueillant. Aux petits soins, il nous avait laissé des fruits, gâteaux, boissons, condiments pour nous permettre de nous restaurer en période fériée de Pâques. Les équipements sont très appréciables : produits de nettoyage, d'hygiène, serviettes, lit parapluie/chaise haute, ... Lefteris a également répondu à toutes nos demandes telles qu'une bassine pour donner le bain à notre enfant en bas-âge. Très mignon avec notre puce ! Lefteris tient une agence de voyage et a été de très bon conseil sur les endroits à visiter et la location de voiture (que nous recommandons pour sillonner correctement les divers coins de l'île). L'île de Kos recèle de nombreuses pépites qu'il faut prendre d'aller chercher ... ! Nous avons eu plaisir à échanger avec notre hôte et reviendrons probablement !
We enjoyed our stay at Emily’s House! Lefteris was very friendly and always responded quickly. We immediately felt at home in this accommodation, it was the perfect vacation house. The beach and town center are very close. Would 100% recommend it to people who are traveling to Kos!
Ons verblijf bij Lefteris was uitstekend! Alles was zoals op de foto en er was zelfs fruit en drank voorzien bij aankomst. De omgeving is erg rustig en op wandelbare afstand van het centrum.
Wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Lefteris war immer für uns da mit Empfehlungen für die Umgebung, bei allgemeinen Fragen zur Unterkunft oder auch bei Sonderwünschen wie eine Waage für die Koffer zum Abflug. Die Umgebung ist optimal: Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt 5-10min zu Fuss, 10min bis zum Hafen von Kos oder die Innenstadt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt!
Had a fantastic week staying at Emily's House with my wife & daughter. Lefteris is very approachable, humorous and friendly, made us feel welcome and immediately at home. The food & drink provided at the start of our stay was a particularly nice touch. The neighbourhood is nice & quiet, it is a short walk to the harbour but is not far and easy to find. We are situated in a nice residential area. Kos Town is a short walk away where you will find our pretty harbour and lots of places of interest for you to explore. You will find the famous tree of Hippocrates, the Castle of the Knights and many more archaeological sites - all within walking distance. Kos town also has a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars for you to enjoy during your holiday. You will find something to suit all tastes, whether you are looking for quiet nights with fine dining, or lively nights enjoying the bars. The town beach is also a short distance away where you will find a varied selection of beaches, from quiet family options to lively beach bars.
Close to the maisonette is also small mini markets and fruit shops and a large supermarket is a short walk away.
The local bus station, to explore the island, is situated in the centre of Kos town approximately 1km away. We are able to arrange, with good rates, any private transfers or excursions you wish to take during your holiday as we own a travel agency. We can also arrange bicycle hire for you, which is a popular way of getting around Kos Town area. We have ample parking available if you wish to hire a car - we can also assist with this at your request.
