We loved our stay at Giulio’s place- it was so beautiful and memorable. Giulio was very responsive and gave us lifts into town if he was around. The airbnb is in walkable location to all the towns such as San Giovanni and Bellagio. We arrived at the como train station where we boarded an hour bus ride that dropped us off right in front of Giulio’s airbnb. This bus is great to take into town. The airbnb breakfast was delicious and had a great view. When we arrived, we were greeted with snacks and a welcome drink, which was very nice. The room was beautiful with a great rainfall shower and beautiful views from the bathroom windows. They provided all the amenities we might need and even cleaned our room since we were there for two nights. The host was so kind and I highly recommend booking this place as it was in great location & was beautiful. Thank you Giulio!

A very nice location to explore the area if you have a car. Great welcome drink and breakfast. They also have a wine and taste shop.

A very nice place with big rooms and a great host. The welcome drink was more than a drink, it was a perfect aperitivo with cheese, ham and chips. The rooms are big, nice and clean, however, the airco makes a strange sound sometimes and the water pressure in the shower is not always great. free parking at the bnb and a trip to Bellagio center is only a few minute drive. great value for the money!
