The hosts are right, the place is quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience peaceful countryside of England. Instructions are clear and useful information are all stated on the page. Michele, one of the hosts, replies quickly and she makes sure guests can easily contact her if there is any issue with the accommodation. The parking lot is also big enough and since it is a private area, we felt secured as they provided access codes and CCTV cameras at the entrance. Surely, we will come back here again when we want to have a quick break from our busy lives.

We loved our stay in the shepherd’s hut. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was also surprisingly warm, given that we visited in November! We slept well in the big comfy bed, and enjoyed a walk to the local pub. Would definitely recommend.

Michele made us feel at home from the start. Great supplies to cook with and lovely views to eat and be at peace. Will definitely be back
