Convenient location for Steart WWT reserve and visits to Burnham on Sea. The accommodation is compact and comfortable and surrounded by pleasant gardens. Kitchen is well equipped.

It was lovely to arrive in this pretty little home - perfectly located for our John O’Groats to Land’s End cycle trip. We could safely store our bikes and cook a meal in the tiny but very well equipped kitchen. Easy check-in and good communication

Stayed for the bank holiday weekend. The annexe was absolutely perfect, spotless and had everything we needed. Emma and David were wonderful hosts and so accommodating when we turned up a little early and allowing us to walk around the garden and orchard. Would definitely stay again. Local pubs are literally 5 minutes away and we can recommend both. Carvery at the Orchard was delicious and although we didn't eat at the Crossways, we did spend an afternoon in there where the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was very friendly. Highly recommended 😊.

Lovely, clean place to stay, check-in and out was really easy and Emma was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walks around the local area along foot paths that are super easily accessible from the place. Can't recommend enough, thank you!
