I couldn't get to my hotel in Port Alberni due to a road closure so was desperately looking for an alternative accommodation in Duncan late at night. It was already past 11pm and I wasn't expecting the host to respond, but Amy accepted my request immediately. When I reached the place, she opened the door to take me in, gave me food, and explained everything I needed to know very clearly. Throughout the stay, Amy (and her son) treated me like their own family, often offering food to me and such. Very kind and caring people. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

I love the feeling at Amy’s space. Clean, organized, thoughtful touches and she has a heart of gold. She really does everything she can to make her guest feel part of her family!
