The apartments were newly refurbished and it was in a quiet and nice area. It was just the size for what we needed for a few days. The concern we had was there were stains on the carpet, some splatters on the walls and cupboards, and the shower curtain was sour and needed washing or replacing. The night we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush properly so a handy man came the next morning to fix it. The managers were very kind and helpful to get it taken care of for us, and followed up with us to be sure it was working. But again, the concern was if the bathroom had truly been cleaned before we arrived, surely the cleaning people should have noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. We were a little surprised that there were no shampoo or body wash (there was hand soap) and no hairdryer. There were also no utensils, plates, or glasses or dishes inside the unit (only in the common kitchen) so that is something to plan for. Overall, we had an ok stay here.

Amazing place to stay. Everyone is friendly. Location is nice because it's not crowded.

There was an unavoidable issue that Precision Homes immediately identified and dealt with in a very professional and satisfactory manner. Should I need lodging in Sterling again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

The room was very large with plenty of space for you to set up shop for your duration, everything was super clean when we arrived and the bed was super comfortable. The wifi cuts in and out alot, and there was a huge snag in mailing items to the address, the stay was nice but there have definitely been some cut corners. I would reccomend to someone staying short term but not for a long term stay.
