Take pictures and document any accumulative wear and tear upon check in. After a month stay Compass charged us to replace furniture that was in similar condition as it was when we arrived.
Clean comfortable 1 bedroom unit with a great view of Quincy and Boston area. Would not recommend to those with known risk of falls or poor balance as unit is not set up with that in mind.
