We really enjoyed our stay in Iveta's house, we only regret that the swimming pool couldn't be used. The surroundings are very peaceful, the village is not far from Prague (less than an hour drive). Iveta's dad is very welcoming and helpful. Iveta could easily be reached. We definitely recommend the place.

Отличное место для отдыха, бассейн и барбекю прекрасно дополнят ваш отдых. дом хороший, отлично держит тепло. подойдёт для семейного отдыха в том числе, наши дети очень были рады. надеюсь сюда ещё вернёмся.

Prima verblijf gehad. Makkelijke communicatie.

Aankomst was prima. Iveta zat ons op te wachten met haar vader. Gelukkig konden wij communiceren in het basis Engels. Verder heb ik via de app van airbnb gecommuniceerd, dat werkte heel goed. Het huisje is zoals op de foto. Simpel maar schoon. Zo ook het zwembad, wat wel koud was. Daar hebben wij van genoten, het was warm weer toen wij er waren. Note: als je komt met een familie hou rekening mee dat de slaapkamer 1 kamers is. Ik heb al als feedback gegeven dat gordijnen ook geen overbodige luxe zijn. De badkamer is functioneel te noemen zo ook de keuken. Omdat je in een dal zit, zitten de buren met heel veel dieren redelijk dicht bij, wij hebben er niet heel veel last van gehad. Omgeving is prachtig en Praag is redelijk dicht bij. Iveta had goede tips voor het parkeren van de auto tijdens ons bezoek aan Praag. Kortom, het was een fijne week in een huisje wat qua prijs/kwaliteit goed overeen komt.

Where to start almost? There is nothing but to start by saying; Wonderful house, surroundings and host. Iveta's house is located on the outskirts of the small village of Srbeć, which is a short drive to Prague. There are a few houses around the house, but it is very peaceful. In Srbeć there is a public swimming pool, a small grocery store, and an ice house. If you need to buy more, there are supermarkets in a nearby town, about 15 km away. The house is big. Large living room on the ground floor with wood burning stove. Kitchen with seating. Well equipped kitchen, with microwave, large fridge / freezer and capsule coffee machine. Large bathroom with bathtub. There is also a washing machine available. The first floor has a living room with sofa, and large bedroom with space for 5. Outside there is a large terrace with table, chairs, bench and parasol. Small lawn. Large pergola with seating and fireplace for free use. Last but definitely not least, nice swimming pool. We, a family of 4, were in the house for 10 days in mid-July and we had a wonderful holiday. We did not meet Iveta, but her father received us, showed us around and handed over the keys. Although he could only speak Czech, there were no problems understanding the info around the house. Very kind man. Communication with Iveta should also be highlighted; Very quick to respond, and very helpful. Overall; If you want peace and quiet, a place with lots of soul and charm, a fantastic host, quite cheap, and still relatively close to Prague, then you should choose Iveta's beautiful house.
