Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful weekend of relaxation and fun at The Saucy Willow. Right from the start, Stephanie and David provided the perfect amount of attentiveness. We all felt right at home within 30minutes of arrival! Love it when both the adults and teens are impressed - The Saucy Willow was a spur of the moment decision that will likely become a tradition for this travel loving family. Thank you for everything. The fabulous space, engaging conversation, spectacular location, and a superb sauna/river combo!

Our family had a great stay at the The Saucy Willow Inn. Steph and Dave are amazing hosts and very knowledgable of the area. The beach area was great for our little ones and our 8 year old couldnt keep up with the number of fish biting off the dock. Great trip and looking forward to coming back again in the near future.

The cabin was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 adults. We were comfortable and able to relax all weekend. We enjoyed board games and a game of pool inside the inn while it was raining. We took out the canoes and the kayaks and enjoyed a long paddle on the water. Stephanie and David are very gracious hosts and shared lots of information about the history of the inn and were very helpful with things to do and places to go. We would highly recommend this for weekend or longer get away.

This is the type of Airbnb you want to leave a review for. Warm welcome from host, lovely property with a clean cottage, and lots of amenities to keep you occupied and happy (canoes, fire pits, docks, barbecues, etc.). My friends and I and the perfect weekend, and part of the reason was this great cottage.

Stephanie and David were great hosts. Hidden gem in the Kawartha’s. The cottage was beautifully decorated and recently updated. Had everything you could ask for- even a charging pad for our phones (forgot ours at home) A must stay and we’ll definitely be back.
