Peaceful, serene, stones throw to the beach; this condo was simply the best The quiet & private lanai was the perfect environment for my husband to rest and relax after surgery to repair a compound fracture. The break was 6 weeks prior to our trip and Hawaii was just the tonic needed to help in his recovery efforts. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention Julie (and Mark’s) wonderful hospitality. She made our stay so comfortable - Greg couldn’t eat at the breakfast bar so she brought in a dinette for him….and since he couldn’t avoid work for the entire month we were there, Julie also lent us her printer. She did everything she could to ensure our stay was both productive and memorable. It is therefore, with pleasure, that I recommend to anyone looking for that perfect vacation rental, look no further that Julie’s place. You won’t disappointed. Thank you, Julie and Mark for taking such good care of us……we didn’t want to leave!!

I whole heartedly recommend Julie’s condo for anyone’s Hawaiian vacation. I am a born and raised in Hawaii but now live on the mainland. I find this part of the island to truly be the best of both worlds, picturesque beauty but not too far from modern conveniences, excellent restaurants and shopping should you want to venture outside of your own piece of paradise. Julie was flexible with our meeting time after my flight was delayed 24 hours and her directions to meet her were easy to follow. She met me with the aloha spirit and a friendly smile that made me know I made the right choice in accommodations. Once parked in the secure underground parking she opened the doors to the home and I gasped as it was EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided in the home. The pool was the perfect temperature, the beach view from the balcony took all my stress away. I’ve never been so lucky to stay in such an immaculate place. I can’t wait to return soon!

Julie's place was wonderful; - Julie was a professional and helpful host that made sure things were great during the hole stay, everything from accommodating a late check-in and buying necessities to providing tips/booking for attractions to anything else around the the stay - the location was perfect for us with two toddlers next to calm and beautiful beach and it's very short drive to both the lovely sunsets at Waikki and the beautiful beaches Waimanalo and Lanikai as well as other attractions as the lighthouse to the east - the apartment was furnished with style and thought, Julie has thought about the most things and it was very convenient having small kids. Her Lanai was beautiful with her botanical garden and calm location - the facilities was clean and nice, the gym is very small at first glance but very practically designed so you still can get a good workout to a great view - Oahu is lovely as all other Hawaiian islands seems to be Strongly recommend her place!

We had a wonderful 5 week stay and a returning next year. Julie and Mark are wonderful people and really make you feel at home. Highly recommend this private and well located development.

This place is Heaven! I spent most of my time on the gorgeous Lanai, watching the ocean. You can also hear the waves crash at night:) The condo and building were so lovely and peaceful. And you’re quick drive from downtown Waikiki and all the action. The lush grounds, beach access, and resort amenities next door are the icing on the cake at this beautiful stay. Full, well appointed kitchen with everyone you could need . Julie was incredibly helpful and warm! and so is the community in the building. I stayed two months for work and had the best time.
