Lori was a perfect host! We loved our stay at her house and everything was exactly as advertised. We did not use the hot tub, but she gave us the option. She even left out snacks for us to enjoy! Lori and her husband were so easy to talk with and were willing to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Female Solo Traveler here! I booked this home based on a few different things I saw and my expectations were completely surpassed! The couple that own the home are absolute sweethearts and I felt so safe! The neighborhood is like suburbia American dream, like lawn sprinklers and “howdy neighbor” type place. I checked in around 4pm and Lori met me at the door to give me my code and show me around my little area. They left snacks and enough food for breakfast with everything I’d need. The massage chair was amazing, very clean and easy to use. The hot tub was SO nice, after a while of traveling through air bnbs I got away from booking houses with hot tubs because they just were never taken care of, but I decided to give this one a try and it was amazing. Usually I leave hot tubs itchy and out of breath, I left this one feeling legitimately relaxes and none of those issues. Lori gave a little run through of the controls, and then left me to it! Very private back yard, I didn’t feel watched or anything. I’ll wrap this up, All in all, it was such a great experience, communication was amazing! Thank you two so much for a great weekend!

This is a great living space in a very nice neighborhood. The host, Lori, was very nice and provided good communication. She added several amenities that were appreciated including fresh fruit, snacks, filtered water, homemade jelly, and breakfast items. I was a single traveler. I felt safe and comfortable. The bedroom and living/entertaining room are large, well decorated, have good lighting, and are clean. The secured access in and out of the shared entrance was good also. If I am back in the Toledo area, I will rsvp here again.

This is a great place to stay! Far beyond my expectations. I had the space to myself with a private bathroom, a private kitchen, and a large living room area. Lori and Kevin were so friendly and welcoming, but very respectful of my private space. You will love this place!

Lori & James were quite accommodating, especially when we had a late arrival. Their space in the lower level included a bedroom & private bath, a game room with mini kitchen, use of a message chair & a whirlpool. Lori provides snacks & a breakfast. You will be well taken care of!
