Very beautiful and comfortable studio in Kallithea. New building, furnished apartment with all the necessary for comfortable stay. Smart TV, WiFi, clothes washing machine, the kitchen has everything to cook. The apartment is in Kallithea area, Kallithea is between Athens center, local beaches and port of Piraeus so you can get easily everywhere. Also restaurants and cafes, bakery, banks and all the shops that you will need you can find there.

Apartmenr is close to public infrastructure and well mentained. Parking is not an issue, communication with owner was excellent.

Located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk to the metro, the apartment was sparkling clean, had extra comfortable bed and sofa with extra blankets and more; the hosts really care and respond right away if you had a questions; this was a true gem to find in Athens and I highly recommend for any travelers ☀️
Top was exceptionally helpful anytime we had an issue and constantly kept in contact. The space itself is clean, and a perfect distance from the city center (not too far but far enough to enjoy a quieter Athens). We thank Top for a perfect stay!

The apartment is 5 minutes by walking from the metro station Tavros. The bus station also is very close so you can get to the Athens center and Piraeus port very easily and quickly.
