Nice apartment, good building in a really nice neighborhood. The neighborhood along with the insuite washer and dryer are definitely the highlight of this place. The apartment has no air conditioning in the living room which is disappointing considering how hot Barranquilla is. The apartment was poorly equipped, limited kitchenware, little dish soap and toilet paper, no laundry detergent. The apartment has a lot of potential and I believe if the host pays more attention to details in the small things like that, this will be a 5* place. For short term stays where you don’t spend much time in the home, I highly recommend it, however if you plan on spending a lot of time in the home, some improvements would be needed.

La atención de Luifer fue excelente un buen anfitrión, debo precisar que el apartamento necesita mantenimiento como por ejemplo la nevera presenta fallas y se empieza a descongelar, el baño social presenta un humedad y así mismo un fuerte olor por causa de dicha humedad, el aire acondicionado de la habitación principal en ocasiones presenta gotera en la habitación (creo que es falta de mantenimiento), los cajones (gavetas) de de las habitaciones secundarias no servían todas, de resto el apartamento esta bien, se encuentra muy bien ubicado, tiene todo a la mano centros comerciales, supermercado, peluquerías, restaurantes, al igual que l atención dentro del conjunto fue placentera

Luisfer muy atento, amable, la estadía muy buena, cerca a centro comerciales y destinos turísticos. La pasamos muy bien.
