Javier is a kind man, communicates very well and did his very best to make our stay agreeable. The location was just not what we expected, so we left earlier.

We were house hunting for a week all over the Vallarta area so it was great to stay Centrally and we had a great time at Javier's beautiful home. The house is very close to several large markets so it was very quick to get groceries and or anything that we needed. Any issue that came up, house manager Yoli was responsive and they had everything resolved very quickly. We got a bit lost the first day as there are many cotos in the area but someone from the neighborhood came to get us! The whole staff at the Coto were very kind, friendly and helpful. A great little neighborhood. Super safe, calm and clean. The home is very tasteful and well appointed and we so appreciated the pet friendly aspect. Very good value for all that is offers. Muchas gracias Javier and friends!

Todo muy bien desde el día de la reservación hasta el día de salida esta muy bien ubicada,mucha seguridad y sus instalaciones en perfecto estado y los anfitriones muy amables 100% recomendable.
