The house was spectacular with 360 views of the beautiful lake and mountain ranges. We enjoyed our weekend away from the hustle and bustle. We definitely want to return in the summer and fall seasons.

Great stay. Great place. Be aware it is very remote and deep in the woods.
We stayed at this expensive housed 2 weeks. After paying the deposit it took too long for Evolve to put us in touch with the local caretaker. Upon arrival the kitchen countertop and refrigerator were sticky. There were 5 dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet and the lower rack for the dishwasher is not original equipment and does not function properly - hence the dirty dishes. It took 52 hour to get a response to our message to Evolve about it. The response from Evolve only asked if everything is OK? We never heard from the local caretaker regarding it. It took us more than an hour to drive back into Blue Ridge for paper plates because 6 of us were not going to hand-wash dishes. The owner eventually deleted the cleaning fee, but it was too little WAY too late. Upon arrival we thought we'd make this house an annual vacation location. Now we won't, even though the place is otherwise lovely. Suggestion: a bottle of bubbly in the frig would be nice at this price.
