The house was very neat and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The location was great and the house was convenient to many restaurants and the beach. Jessica was very responsive.

Jessica was a wonderful host and very responsive. She constantly checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. She was also very thoughtful in providing everything a family would need for a beach trip including - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and even soap an shampoo. She also included beach tags for us to visit the local beach (we usually have to purchase them ourselves). One note, the property is a basement unit with upstairs neighbors and can get loud at times. We had an incident on our first night with the sound from the neighbors. However, Jessica took care of it right away when we brought it to her attention. We highly recommend Jessica and this property to anyone looking to visit Margate.
