We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain house. The views are spectacular - sunny days allowed for a great view of Caldas in the valley below and sunsets over distant mountains. Other days had clouds floating down the mountain in front of the porch. The porch runs the full length of the house with nice seating areas, a gas BBQ grill and space for a large hammock. The interior part of the house is very open and feels huge with high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is very large and includes a very large island for cooking and space to eat there. A large dining table is also an option. There is lots of cabinet space for longer stays and the kitchen had everything that we needed for 2 weeks. I would recommend arriving during the daytime upon arrival as it is quite dark. But, once you have seen the way to the house once during the day, it’s very easy. In fact the drive to and from Envigado is very nice. I would definitely recommend a week’s stay or longer.

The place was exactly as the pictures, cold and cozzy, my dogs loved the area they had to play around and the views were stunning! Only thing is that I couldn’t use the fireplace (which was one of the main reasons I got the place) because there was no wood for it. Thank you so much Liz and Jenny!

If you are looking for beauty and serenity this is perfect for your needs. The perfect place to get away from the busyness of city living to relax and unwind. If you are not accustom to mountain driving with lots of blind turns it can be a little stressful in the beginning. Amazing hosts! Highly recommend.
