One of seven rooms in a shared boarding house. Overall, it's a nice experience, the hosts have clear instructions on how to check in and how to get comfortable. I had no problem finding parking or getting in to my room. The kitchen is shared and is overall well equipped, although I would suggest a hot water kettle as a nice addition. There was no way to make hot water short of boiling it in a pot or using the microwave (which I would prefer not to do). The other guests cleaned up after themselves, and some were friendly and conversational. It could be a bit cleaner, the floors in my room were a bit dusty, but the bed felt clean and was comfortable. There is a fan and a space heater in the room, but no nightstands. I made a makeshift nightstand out of a crate I had in my car. Internet worked fine. My one main complaint would be the plug-in scent diffusers. They left a strong chemical smell in the room that was very difficult to air out and made it difficult to breathe.

Really good value. The room was clean, warm, had a code-locking door, and storage space. The high-quality bed and the quietness allowed for good sleep. There was a desk where I could set up my laptop, and the internet connection was really good. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided room-labeled storage areas. The hosts communicated quickly, had thorough information prepared, and were kind! Thank you!

My stay lasted 10 weeks and as with any place there are some pros and some cons. I’ll start with the pros. Communication was always quick, responsive to my needs and clear. Amenities are as described. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the implements needed for a long stay. Bathroom is only shared with one other room. Problems raised with the hosts are always resolved quickly. Accommodations are comfortable and laundry is stocked with what you need. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants not far away. There is no cleaning fee. Now for the con. The flip side of no cleaning fee is that you and your neighbors are responsible for cleaning. So, while things are tidy, they are rarely clean as most guests do not clean. Cleaning supplies are stocked but rarely used and never to any depth by the guests.

I love how each room has a number lock pad. I felt safe and comfortable here. There's good artistic feeling to the place. Everything seemed to have a lot of thought and care put into it. I stayed for about a month and noticed regular cleaning throughout the shared areas. Highly recommend!
