IMPORTANT: Please, note that the villa is self-check-in; this means that there will be no one at the house to welcome you on your arrival.
A few days before your arrival, Olga or Veronica from the local agency in Nerja (Nerjazul Real Estate S.L.) will contact you by message or email, and they will send you some information about your arrival, (i.e. the location of the villa). You will also be asked to fill in some documents for the Guardia Civil guest registration. Please, note that this is compulsory and it must be done before your arrival; do not worry, your personal details are protected.
Name of the property: La Reserva. GPS coordinates: [hidden according to Airbnb content policy], -[hidden according to Airbnb content policy]The keys are in a padlock located on the main door. This padlock has a small opening which can be opened by entering the code 1973. If it is necessary and you get lost, please contact Olga or Veronica at +[hidden according to Airbnb content policy]You can arrive at the house at any time after 4 pm. If you are not used to driving in the area, we recommend NOT arriving at night, as the villa is located in the countryside. Please use a GPS device or mobile phone to get to the house or the location sent to you by Olga or Veronica.
IMPORTANT: If you arrive after 9 pm and need to be accompanied to the house, you will have to pay a 40€-late-check-in fee.
