Lovely stay for son’s graduation, near to Cambridge. The house well equipped and good for small group or family. Some aspects of the house a bit dated but in the whole a good stay.

The location of the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Minutes away from downtown Cambridge with easy parking on Castle Hill. The village of Girton is really nice, the playing fields and playground a very happy option for the kids. The house was huge and spacious, too large even ☺️ but had everything needed. The front room with TV was unused by us, but having the dining room was nice for inviting guests to dinner (even though there were only 5 sets of cutlery, which we got through multiple times a day as a family of 4…). The garden was nice and long (as was the grass, I’d have cut it if I had found a mower) and the back patio is a nice space. The location is super-quiet with friendly neighbours, and a perfect location for trips around the area.
