This property is as described and the host was excellent and attentive to the few teething issues we had at first Of some concern was the sporadic nature of the water pressure in the property. Some days the bath/shower taps ran full; other days, barely a trickle. The (Satellite) TV choice was minimal for English speaking guests-just a handful of B grade American movies, no Netflix-once you (eventually) got used to the remote control operation of same. The outside of the property is ideal for sunbathing-a South facing patio means sun all day and there is plenty of shade if you prefer. The BBQ area is great and easy to manage/clean Inside the house, there is plenty of space and good sized bedrooms and living areas. A few more hangers would have been welcome. The bathrooms and kitchen are also of a good size but perhaps look a little dated. Finally, a basic welcome pack -as we have experienced in other AirBnB's- would have been welcome Overall, would recommend

We had a great time at Tania’s villa. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and the garden was really well laid out and suited us so well as a family with two young children. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The local beaches are also very good - Evaristo was our favourite, it has a decent sized car park, a restaurant and a snack bar which does good lunches. There is a small convenience store about 5 minutes’ walk away at the ‘Hapimag’ resort. There is also a really good Apolonia supermarket about a 5 min drive away. Tania is a lovely, very responsive host who answered any questions quickly. She also provided extra towels for us. We stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaners came midway through our break. The gardeners and pool maintenance came twice a week, so everything was well maintained.

This is a beautiful 5* villa with a lot of thought in its decor, spacious and clean. Everything had been thought of - including a toastie maker, an essential for my kids, in a well stocked immaculate kitchen. There’s a laundry room with a new washing machine, iron and ironing board. A downstairs toilet. Three big bedrooms with comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space and three bathrooms. A lounge and separate dining room. Sun beds/ parasols and outdoor sofa / pergola outside, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was cleaned randomly by the pool man twice during our 7 day stay. It is quite isolated. A car would be advised. The local bus stop to Albuferia is at end of the road. The local Spar is 1.5km walk for supplies. There are some lovely restaurants locally - sushi, tapas, seafood and Portuguese if you didn’t want to venture far. The beaches are a 5 min walk and are lush. Tania was a great host. Responsive to queries. I would certainly recommend.

Veldig fint hus med god beliggenhet, nydeli basseng og solsenger. Gå avstand til Strand i nærheten, hadde en veldig fin uke.
