I spent five weeks in Kittiyas apartment and I found everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clothes can be washed in the morning, hung on rack and be dry in the afternoon. The building has pools, a gym and an air conditioned lounge area, perfect if you need to work on your laptop or have a business meeting. Ground floor has a 7-Eleven, a commercial gym, massage parlour and several restaurants. And within walking distance you will find city train and metro stations. I found Kittiya very easy to communicate with and she was very helpful and replied promptly to any message that I sent. If you are looking for a studio in a vibrant and bustling area of Bangkok, you have come to the right place

Very nice place in the center, close to BTS! 7-11 supermarket at ground level! The hotel next door has been renovated and guests can look into the room. I would advise the owner to hang sheer curtains so you have some privacy.

Het appartement ligt geweldig. Restaurants, bars, metro en skytrain op loopafstand. De kamer is ruim, schoon, leuk uitzicht en is erg rustig. Verder goed gebruik gemaakt van de fitnessruimte in het gebouw. Ook mooi zwembad aanwezig voor de gasten. De communicatie met Krittya is perfect; ze reageert altijd snel en is vriendelijk. Ik zou iedereen dit appartement aanbevelen.

This condo is perfectly located within a 10 minute walk of Terminal 21, very close to BTS Nana and BTS Asoke. You could not ask for a better location, it’s right in the heart of the city. Access to MRT and BTS lines to easily get around the city. The unit had everything you would expect from an expert AirBNB owner. The place had all the amenities, soaps, cooking wear, towels, really you could want in an AirBNB and more. It was spotless when we arrived. The wifi was fast in the room, the building also had a great co working space, pool and Gym. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. The owner was the most pleasant owner I’ve had the pleasure to deal with in many years, very responsive, polite and respectful you could tell she knows how to properly run an AirBNB. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
