Fantastic historical property, great location, and an amazing host. I would definitely stay again.
The townhouse was in a great location, easily walkable to both Hobart & William Smith Colleges and downtown Geneva. It was very well-appointed and comfortable, located in the corner of a quaint square. It had all of the amenities for a couple or family and we would definitely stay there again. Jane was very helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay! The space was clean with lots of amenities provided and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend this AirBnB!
Cute townhome with lots of stuff. Only 2 issues when you book during winter/fall season. First is heater makes extremely loud “bang” sound when it is on and could not sleep at night. Second thing the window lacks weather striping or sth in the two single beds bedroom and could quickly drop to low temp even with heater on.

I am a 64 year-old married mother of three adult children. I was a professional who opted to stay home with my children for 11 years, re-entering the workforce 19 years ago as a teaching assistant in the Geneva City School District. I have been married for over 30 years, and my husband and I own two rental properties in Geneva. My husband is an electrical contractor. In my spare time I enjoy spending time at my home on the east-side of scenic Seneca Lake, cooking, baking and enjoying several kitty cats and our horse. My husband and I built a small barn on our lake property 12 years ago to accommodate our geriatric horse, and since the horse's passing, have fostered several geriatric horses. We often joke that the horses have better views of the lake than we do, with the barn and field perched a little bit higher from the bank than our house. With our youngest now graduated from college, we are empty nesters for the first time in 30 years!
