At the foot of the Haut Languedoc's Regional Park, and a short drive from the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean, we invite you to enjoy the comforts of this spacious winegrower's house along with its peaceful courtyard and garden. La Petite Bohème has been recently renovated in a contemporary style and can be found in the heart of the medieval village of Thézan-lès-Bèziers, surrounded by hills and vineyards. You can access a number of shops by foot along with the weekly Sunday market. Once you have parked your car opposite the house you will discover behind the wrought iron gate, a haven of peace in the courtyard of our home we have called "La Bohème".. La Petite Bohème, is a 100m2, two storey house and is part of the larger winegrower's property, built at the turn of the last century. The house has a cosy but elegant feel thanks to the combination of soft colours, natural stone walls, wooden beams and parquet flooring. As you enter on the ground floor, you walk into a large kitchen/dining area, fully equipped for comfortable modern living (substantial fridge freezer, fan oven, micro-wave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc..). There is also a convertible sofa in the other end of the room(140x190cm). The kitchen leads into the large living room with its oak parquet flooring, high ceilings and comfortable living space, inviting you to relax. Once at the other end of the living room, open the sliding doors and descend a few steps into the garden where you can enjoy spending time with friends and family. There is an outdoor eating area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue as well as sun loungers, patio furniture, a coffee table and a hamac. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom (with walk in shower) and separate toilet, and washing machine in a small laundry area. The kitchen area leads up a small flight of stairs to the first floor where you will find : One double bedroom (15m²) with a super kingsize bed (180x200cm) which can be separated into 2 single beds upon request. (90x200cm). There are also 2 cupboards with shelves and hooks for hanging space. One double bedroom (14m²) with a double bed (140x190cm.) and a chest of drawers. There is also a big screen LCD television, Free Wifi and access to Netflix et Amazon Prime (if you have your own account). All towels and bedsheets are provided. Access to La Petite Bohème is entirely independent from our own house. We do, however, share the courtyard space where you are welcome to enjoy the area for breakfast, a cup of tea or coffee or something stronger! For more intimacy, you can enjoy the private garden at the back of the house.
