Wow! Fantastique! Le chalet est décoré avec goût, la vue est splendide. La mer est calme, propice à la baignade et au paddleboard (j’avais apporté le mien). On a pu pêcher du bar rayé, marcher longuement sur la plage et profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. On a même reçu la visite de deux phoques qui se sont prélassés sur les quais flottants. Le terrain était aussi assez grand pour qu’on puisse se lancer le ballon de football. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci aux hôtes de partager leur petit paradis!

This cottage was so beautifully decorated, and had everything you needed. The beach is gorgeous and sandy, perfect for long walks and the kids loved it. You can’t bear the view from the deck, and the sunsets are spectacular! We loved our stay, and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!

A beautiful, well kept cottage with a breathtaking view. Walk's along the beach, bonfires at night, salt air....everything you need. The kids loved it and we felt it was the perfect place to reset as a family before back to school. Hosts are excellent. Cottage is modern and clean. It has all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

First time in Nova Scotia and my husband and I stayed a week at The Northumberland Nook. The cottage was amazing. So clean and decorated beautifully for a beach get away. The sunsets are breathtaking. The water so warm for swimming and we enjoyed the walks along the beach. The tides were so intriguing. We found theTrans Canada trail and did some biking. If you want a needed stress free getaway this is the place. We would definitely rent again if we come back this way. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed dinners out at the Pictou Lodge restaurant and in Tatamagouche. Chad and Marcy were always available to communicate with if needed. They are a Super Host. If you ever want to sell let us know.

This is such a fabulous cottage. Everything was clean, cozy, and uncluttered. Relaxation time started from the minute we pulled in. Our kids loved the sandbars, the huge yard, the barbecue, and the firepit had views that could soften any soul! A+ to Chad and Marcy!! Please let me know if you ever put this place up for sale ; )
