Please note this is a basement Airbnb and the main house is also an Airbnb. It’s a roll of the dice if the place is a cozy retreat or the basement of a WWE wrestling match complete with vibrating walls. If you’re sensitive to this type of noise, this is not the place for you. As this is the basement of a single family house, the temperature controls are located upstairs in the main house. If you are sensitive to temps and get cold easily then this is not the place for you. If you’re sensitive to dust and typical mold spores found in older basements then this is not the place for you. If you’re not sensitive to noise, dust, cold, and plan to eat takeout then this could be a great stay.

Amazing place! Quiet neighborhood and so much privacy, we enjoyed staying here. Felt as if we were in our own home, very cozy. I highly suggest this stay, it’s affordable, clean, and spacious for a basement!!
