We've created this apartment only with the highest standards aiming at the best possible guest experience in Tartu! A top floor view to the historic St. John's Church and Old Town Tartu, free well equipped gym, extra comfortable bed and blackout curtains, extra high ceiling, Playstation 4 PRO (+1000€ worth of games), Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, a large cinema room in the building, a sundeck terrace and a cafe to let you have the best time and an unforgettable experience in charming Tartu. This is a luxurious loft through 2 floors. The first floor has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area and the bathroom and the second floor features an amazingly comfortable bedroom. Everything here is designed keeping guest’s comfort as the highest priority. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need either for a quick morning coffee or to cook your own dinner. Even baking equipment to make a delicious cake or bake some muffins, are included. Of course there is a blender, for all you smoothie lovers! One of the best features of this top floor apartment is that you get an amazing view to the St. John’s Church - one of the most famous historic landmarks of Tartu. Dining or working at the kitchen table just feels so much better with a view! In the living room you’ll find a comfy sofa that opens up to a full size bed in case you’re coming with a larger party. We’ve also taken care of your entertainment needs and offer Playstation 4 PRO (1000€+ worth of games), lots of TV channels, free Netflix and insanely fast wifi (300 mbs). Speaking of entertainment, the building has a large private cinema room that we’ll be happy to help our guests book. Just let us know! Upstairs, there’s a nice bedroom with an extra comfortable bed - waking up in the morning to that historic view is just mind blowing. We really hope you’ll have the best time! Very pleasant stay in the center of Tartu. Very well equipped room. Very nice neighbourhood, near to almost everything but still very quiet during the night. Nice little gym for free use during the stay 😊

Finding Eeva's apartment is ultra easy. Situated on the edge of the Old Town, everything is nearby. Check-in was smooth, all was clear and simple(turning and before my stay I didn't need any help) Apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Everything you need for your stay to feel like HOME is included. There's an ironing board which came in handy. Eeva's place also has a little apartment manual which contains all the information about apartment and building (codes, washers, bins, tv, etc.) Taller guys (+190cm) should be careful when you go upstairs to the sleeping place, if you don't pay attention you will hit your head(I learned it the hard way)In the hallway, the mirror against the wall should be a bit higher. In general everything was very nice and I totally recommend Eeva's apartment.

Tartu Old Town (Estonian: Tartu vanalinn) is the oldest part of Tartu, Estonia. The centre of the old town is Raekoja plats. In 1775 the Great Fire of Tartu occurred and almost all infrastructure was destroyed. Today's old town consists of mainly buildings which are built from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. You will find many trendy cafes, bars and many more exquisite places just a few minutes away by foot from the apartment.

You are situated right at Tartu Old Town with all the main sights, university, shopping centres and cafes just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is conveniently located at the corner of Lai street (bus stop in front of the building) and Rüütli street which is the main pedestrian street of Tartu.
Depending on your preference, the apartment can easily be reached with a car or just by walking via Rüütli and avoiding cars. :)
River Emajõgi is also a few minutes' away so you could go on a stroll by the river side promenade and the Botanical Gardens of Tartu are just opposite the building.
Toomemägi (Toome hill) and the famous Tartu Cathedral are a few minutes' walk away as well.
There really is no more perfect location in Tartu to familiarise yourself with our beautiful town. A very well-esteemed cafe Tüümian (Thyme) and a salad bar Ralf Cafe are also both located in the same building.
PARKING
Free parking is available on quiet streets outside the Old Town zone, for example Herne street which is 2-3 min walk away.
There is paid parking available right in front of the building. This is Tartu Old Town zone (zone A) where parking is paid from 8-19 Mon-Fri and 11-17 on Sat. Cost 3€/hour. 15 mins free with a parking clock.
