A great stay in Lincoln. Good location with plenty of shops and short drive/ walk away. The accommodation was excellent- clean and very well organised, designed and laid out. Communication with Alison was fantastic/ the ability to charge an electric car overnight was very welcome. I hope to be back!

Stayed for 8 nights whilst visiting North Hykeham for work. Alison was communicative prior to my arrival with the info required for check-in and friendly & welcoming when I arrived. Check-in was easy with a keysafe meaning time of arrival was a bit more flexible. The accommodation is light & airy, lovely and clean, and felt homely. The kitchen is well kitted out for self-catering and there was plenty of space for two of us when my partner came to visit. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom & a huge comfy bed! Overall really enjoyed my stay and would stay again if in the area.

I stayed here whilst I did an online training course and was such a better option than a hotel. The place was spotless, we’ll set up and really lovely.

Clean, quiet and secure parking Alison communicates promptly and is very helpful. The place is immaculate and comfortable.
