Francesco è stato un host gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene nel piccolo appartamento che affaccia sul lungomare di Torvaianica, la zona è tranquilla e l’accesso alla spiaggia semplice. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, torneremo sicuramente!

Para descansar muy bueno. Hay acceso en autobus para ir a Roma. No hay mucho para hacer en baja temporada. Supermercado al lado. Wifi bien. Francesco muy atrnto y amable con todo

This is a great place for a relaxing vacation. The hallways can be a bit confusing to navigate, but Francesco provided great instructions. The beach is less than a minute of walking away and there is a delicious restaurant across the street. I highly recommend it :)

We are a family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids) and stayed in Francesco's place for 4 nights. This place is exactly as described in ad, the stay is 45mins drive from Rome (far away from crowded location) and ideal for beach lovers . However I have some bad experiences. 1) There were insects (cockroaches) on the floor & in the toilet(I felt scared & always checking all over the bathroom before using it , this is not ok with little kids). 2) In the ad, host mentioned he will provide shampoo & shower gel but when we entered it was not there ,so we asked Francesco and he told us to buy on our expense ..hmm...ok fine.. 3) There is a washing machine in the stay but no powder or liquids to use it, I know the answer of the host and hence we didn't even want to use it or ask about that. 4) Last day(night) before our checkout we ran out of toilet tissues and we asked the host if he can provide one and as usual he asked us to buy on our expense.. this is not at all acceptable for me.
