Everything about the place was great with a single exception. We had to use the furnace because it was chilly out in early April and the furnace was extremely loud. Additionally, the upper floors remained chilly and the ground floor basement was scorching hot. There are no dampers on the furnace vents to adjust the flow of air in individual rooms. We got used to it so it certainly didn't ruin the stay. Maybe this is me being really picky. I would stay there again!

Lisa was a fantastic host- extremely responsive and helpful. The property itself is in a great location, was well stocked, and had ample room for us to work and relax. It's probably time to replace the mattresses as they're a bit worn but we still slept fine overall. There's some street noise from cars going up a slight hill but just turn on the fan if you need some white noise and you'll be fine. It's an easy 15 minute walk to a nice ocean trail and access to an expansive beach.

Stayed here for an entire week—highly recommend. This was such a wonderful live/work space, well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, shared spaces and bathrooms. The guest guidebook upon entry was super handy as well! Loved the large layout and flexible floor plan, and the accessibility to everything in town. Super clean, looks exactly like the photos but definitely feels bigger when you get in. Traffic on the street adjacent is loud but tolerable, did not affect the peacefulness of our stay as it was mostly during normal rush hour times. Truly an awesome place and will likely be back again. Thank you!!
