Great hidden spot in the woods. Very rustic but fun. Dogs loved it. No cell service but cabin has Wi-Fi so there was no issue. Nice cabin to get away and go hiking.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was so quirky and filled with so many treasures. It was a great place to spend the weekend and can't wait to come back

We originally were supposed to tent camp but found this available last minute when we saw forecast was all t-storms but the weather ended up panning out. We stayed here with our four minor children and it was a little difficult as one bed is raised up high off the ground, the other is upstairs on the loft where kids can't go and lastly one is about 15ft away in the small cottage next to the cabin. The woods are beautiful with many brooks and streams but there is a lot of discarded toys, vehicles, other scrap metals and such piled along the paths back through the woods. Everything was washed out from recent rains so we're unsure how the paths originally look, but we did enjoy the canoe to the big open pond but there was no beach as put in the description. There is a pretty neat dog area set up in the back of the cabin with a full fridge which was great. The stove half worked some burners were broken. Overall we had a great time but pricey for the quality and description discrepancies.

This place was a beautiful cabin with so much character and Maine charm. When I first arrived, I accidentally drove too far and met one of the owners of the cabin who gave me detailed directions to all the great things the outdoors surrounding the cabin had to offer. The cabin also had more amenities than I expected with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is important to note that this is a cabin and not spotless but still clean. There was so much to do outside and in the surrounding woods that we spent the whole weekend exploiting the surrounding woods. There was also wifi but we choose not to use it because we wanted to spend some time offline but it is there if you need it. Overall this was one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever stayed and I would highly recommend if you’re looking to really enjoy all Maine has to offer.

What a lovely cabin! If you’re looking for a place to unplug, it’s perfect. This is a place with no cell phone service and surrounded by nature. There are so many to do just at the cabin itself: hikes, pond, and fire pit. The cabin has all the necessities too: shower, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV but I barely used it. I loved every bit of my stay! The owner was very responsive and helpful. He helped me navigate the local area.
