Words cannot describe how perfect this place was for a weekend of r&r. The house was immaculate in presentation & cleanliness. The hosts have really thought of everything, right down to a hair straightener, which was appreciated! It's perfectly private and we didn't even hear the owners at any point even though they're on the same property. The hot tub is the best feature, watching the TV while sitting back in it was absolute heaven. The backyard is a relaxation haven, they've decked it out so nicely & I laid in the hammock and the worries of the world disappeared!! We only used our car once the whole weekend - the shopping hub is only a 3 min walk away, with a great selection of eateries & supermarket. Also The Heritage pub was a great spot for an afternoon drink (huge outside area with great garden views) & also walking distance. Cannot fault this property, we hope the return again in future.

This place was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. It was super-hot the long weekend that we were here, so we spent most of the time at the beach and didn't get to try the restaurants in the neighbourhood that are walking distance. but the place was cool. The bed was super comfortable, and the spa was a lovely way to cool down one morning before heading off to lunch. We celebrated my partners birthday and had had lunch at Pt Leo Estate which is very close. Also, the Red Hill baker bakery (which is walkable distance) has the most delicious food. A very relaxing and comfortable weekend. I would definitely come back as it's away from all the hustle and bustle.

We had a great time at our stay at Astrid and Paul’s. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and the furniture was super comfy. The spa was great on those cold nights. Astrid was extremely helpful and went above what we would have expected at check in time. The outdoor area was beautiful and very peaceful which we needed for a relaxing weekend. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
