Nikki was an excellent host. She communicated well throughout and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. She even had bread, milk, water and bubbly in the fridge waiting for us! We were able to park right outside with the supplied permit and Nikki kindly agreed to let us continue to use the permit till the end of the check out day as we weren't leaving the area straight away. The place was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. We loved all the elephants!

We stayed in the house to attend a dance competition at the Winter Gardens. It was about a ten minute walk away and it was great to have a house to come back to rather than a hotel room. The house itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped.

The house was absolutely beautiful, well supplied and exactly as listed. Very modern interior aswell. Nikki was a brillant host, extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. Will definitely be returning if we come to Blackpool again 😊

Nikki was proactive at getting in touch and communication was very easy throughout. The property was as described and as per photos, with nice, modern decor throughout. Easy to find the property and to gain access, with the parking permit being useful as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to cook a couple of meals during our stay and the 4 of us were comfortable in the house, with our 18-year old making use of the sofa bed in the lounge which was easy to put up and take down. The location was a manageable walk to get to the Promenade and a Sainsburys Supermarket not too far away was handy. All-in-all, we had a really comfortable stay and it was clear that Nikki has put a lot of time, effort and thought into the house and that it is well cared for. The only improvement I would suggest and which would have secured a 5 star review from us, would be the purchase of a new electric shower which can produce a faster flow of water, as this was quite weak.

We've just come home after staying at Nikki's house for a couple of days. I can not fault this little house. Spotlessly clean, well presented and perfect distance for walking into town and exploring Blackpool. Thanks so much Nikki for a lovely stay!
