The only good thing about this place, this is location and the view. Regarding the furniture- beds and pillows not comfortable and super old, no extra towel for beach, very small and old sofa (this place is for 4 persons, but sofa is only for 2 ). The drying rack is full of rust, so it’s impossible to use it, it stained my clothes. Regarding the essentials- only one extra garbage bag and no dish soap (I don’t think that when I stay in some place for a week, I need to buy stuff like this)

Amazing stay at Miguel’s property. We visited Rolling Loud which meant we was right opposite the event. The balcony was my favourite feature where you can watch the sunset, whilst enjoying food and drinks. Location is a few minutes walk away from the strip. Only negative is that the towels did not smell the best so we brought new towels. Otherwise it was the perfect stay

My husband and I had a pleasant 4-week stay at Miguel’s place. It was incredible waking up to the view of the ocean and having coffee in the balcony. It’s directly across Praia da rocha with a grocery store and restaurants conveniently located just under the building. It was so close to everything and a good distance away from the bars/noisy area, which was ideal for us. We loved our stay overall. Thanks Miguel!

Veldig fint og sentral leilighet med Spar i samme bygg. Har det mest basic av kjøkkenutstyr så det går å lage mat. Det eneste minuset var at det var så vidt såpe så vi måtte kjøpe både shampo og såpe selv
