Paras was awesome to deal with. Very polite and quick to respond. We had a problem with the internet not working properly and Paras was eager to help out. This place is great for small or large groups as you can pay extra for the extra rooms in the basement. The outdoor hot tub is the best part. You can choose to pay extra for it or not. It was very private with the canopy, which you can also open up to cool off or watch your pets roam the fenced in garden like we did. It is an older building with some wear and tear and unsturdy bed frames that could use some work, but it was expected due to the description. We stayed 4 nights with our 2 cats and had a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a place with lots of space and don't care about needing that modern day look. A great place with everything you need plus a hot tub. We always enjoy staying with Paras in this wonderful house. Close enough to everything, without being in the busier areas. The house was spotless and had everything we needed.

Paras’s place is very outdated, and in need of serious renovations there’s a mouldy smell to the place excessive dust in the master bedroom, a piece of bubblegum stuck to the bedframe. I would not recommend this place at all.

We enjoyed our stay and Paras was very responsive to our questions. We do have a few suggestions for improvements which we have communicated to Paras directly with more details. They have indicated that they will look into them. For those planning to stay they should be aware of the following until/if Paras is able to make the changes. There wasn't any oven safe cookware, therefore we could not use the oven. The kitchen faucet needs repair. It only shuts off if in a very specific position. The ensuite bathroom tap drips constantly. Otherwise, it's a great little house! Even though it faces a very busy road there is some separation and you can't hear the noise inside the house. As said, we liked the house and enjoyed staying. If these improvements are addressed we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, we would definitely come back again. I would recommend a new, sturdier stool for getting in and out of the hottub as the one there was broken on the bottom and didn't feel safe. Could replace burnt out lightbulbs in the dining room so there is better light for playing games. Very quiet despite the busy road out front which was great!
