Fantastic property to stay at - wonderful location, beautiful waterfront and pool as well. Very responsive and great communication - had one minor issue with a TV but hosts fixed immediately (even during the busy Christmas period). Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The house is in a perfect location and is well set up for couples to families of 6. The cupboards all have helpful pictures of what is meant to there as far as organising them is concerned, no expresso machine which is an inconvenience but as we travel with our own just not for us. The was a few things now working or damaged in the house that didn’t ruin it for us, however it wasn’t what we expected in this style of property. The owners choose not to fix them whilst we stayed and I’m hoping they get them fixed before the next travellers arrive. Thanks for a great place to stay

Enjoyed our small break at Soldiers Point, the apartment had everything we needed, Cheeky Dog hotel just up the road and a nice peaceful location.

My family and I loved our stay at Pelican Sands. It's an amazing location with incredible views out over the water, which makes you feel relaxed every time you look out the windows. It was great to be able to simply go downstairs and walk along the beautiful coastline. The property was lovely, lots of space and very clean and tidy. Whilst being a little further away from the busier town centre of the region, the quieter location suited us just fine, and everything is only a short drive away. Would highly recommend for a holiday stay, and hope to be able to stay there again.

Beautiful view and amazing location! Lots of activities to do within a 15-20min drive. You will need to pick up and drop off keys from real estate agent which is approx 15mins away. The apartment requires more maintenance and looking after. You will need to bring your own linen, towels, hand soap, and other toiletries.
