Beautiful home with loads of space. Great patio area with grill. Good water pressure in bathrooms with on demand water heater. Lovely view outback to orchards and on a dead end road. There is an auto mechanic/Body shop beside the house and the dead end road can be quite congested sometimes with up to 10 cars parked in front during the day. Also can sometimes be noisy during his working hours. However, he was quick to move vehicles so we could get our car out of the gate if necessary. Location is good and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The woman who greet us upon check in was lovely and quick to respond.

What an outstanding property in a wonderful location. The house is a great mix of modern & old looking out to an orchard. The space has s perfect and so peaceful. It is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Would also highly recommend a visit to the family vineyard, Laura Hartwig Wines within walking distance. It is absolutely stunning and the wine is fantastic. We hired bikes and did a tour of the vineyards which was great fun.

We spent a fantastic time at Matías´s place. The house was perfect, nicely built, with no "details" (exposed wires, troubles with bathroom, etc). The construction was very well thought, also the decoration made it very cozy. We received wood to make fire, although the house never felt cold. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Internet worked just fine. The house is located about 10-15min walk from the main green.
