Just what I needed for a few days, annex was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Sam was easy to communicate with when I needed to request a couple of extra night stays, would stay again. Thank you!

The original apartment had everything we needed but it’s a tiny tiny space and essentially just one long room. The main issue was the plumbing; the water wouldn’t drain and it spilt over so the floor was soaking. Sam moved us to the bigger adjoining property, which was lots better but there were similar problems with the plumbing and the heating didn’t work. Also, the on street parking is terrible with very few spaces to park

Expensive for somewhere so small and minimalist with no parking and almost unusable washbasin. Forget having visitors round as there's nowhere for them to sit and only 2 glasses and 2 (dirty) mugs. Bed was comfy and shower worked well.
