Very central location served as a perfect base, close to the beaches, parks and shops and restaurants. I wouldn’t describe the property as top quality as it is a bit tired, but is functional. So if looking for a place to relax and hang out maybe look elsewhere but if you are looking for location and convenience for this neighbourhood then look no further.

Great location, super close to History which is where we went for the evening and the reason for choosing this spot. Responsive host. An SUV was parked in our assigned parking space, but we were able to find guest parking - tight squeeze. No frills apartment, bathroom could definitely use an update. The temperature control for the shower was very difficult, spent a lot of time trying to get a happy medium temp, it was either cold or scalding hot.

The check-in process was less than ideal. Wrong code given for the lockbox, called and received another 2 incorrect codes. Once we finally entered the apartment we were surprised to see we were only provided one roll of toilet paper, no dish towels, 2 plates. The shower had two temperatures: scolding hot and ice cold. The apartment itself was well kept and a great size, in a great location, close to the beach and nearby attractions. The place has potential, if the host would be mindful of upkeep and provide necessary amenities.

This is a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect if you want a true beach experience. Many shops, restaurants and of course the beach are all steps away. Check-in was easy and the place was spotless. I would highly recommend this property.
