After reading the reviews & the host's "Superhost" rating we trusted these to be accurate. We were sorely disappointed, and strongly feel that the reviews & pictures are not at all accurate. We were not expecting a 5 star resort, but we absolutely expected to feel that the location was safe & secure, and clean. Unfortunately this was not the case for us. Although we arrived in the middle of the night, we didn't stay, and we were left scrambling trying to secure alternate accommodation. We were left hugely disappointed & incurred significant expense having to change our accommodations.

Relaxing, convenient, and comfortable. We stayed at Joshua’s place as a family with two toddlers. The kids loved the small, private beach out front. It’s just a short walk from the second floor of the apartment. It was shaded in the early morning so it was easy to let them roam loose without worrying about them getting toasted. The beach was so clean and calm. There’s a small reef beyond the sandy part that was fun to see daily. Having the outdoor showers made it easy to clean everyone off before heading back inside. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and the large refrigerator fit all that we needed. The balcony was nice to relax on in the evenings - to hear the ocean waves and contemplate the night sky. The apartment is close to surfing, snorkeling, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. We liked staying on this laid back and quiet part of Rincon while still being close to activities. Joshua is an empathic, responsive, and helpful host.

Joshua’s place was immaculate and homey. We could hear the waves right from the living room. There is a partial view of the ocean and very easy access to the beach. We love that a lot of things are provided like beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even boogie boards! It was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at Joshua’s place. It’s great for kids as you are right beside a beautiful beach and there is also a swimming pool. Our family had a blast !

Beautiful apartment in a nice location. My son loved the kiddie pool and the swing on the porch. I loved having a washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
