We had a great stay at the cottage. It is a lovely, quiet area right across from the lake. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Kim was accommodating and flexible with us to make our sure our time was well-spent. We would love to come back!

Wonderful place to stay to explore Lake Winnipesaukee area. Simple and neat apartment. A/C was good, the deck is lovely to sit out on, and the kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Worth mentioning is the bedroom doesn’t have a door so the space is more of a studio 1 bedroom. Made it work with my parents and me with a tension rod and curtain brought from home. The sofa couch is nice for a 2nd bed and has a pullout underneath. Would stay here again and Kim was so great.

Second summer vacation at the Mini Winni cottage. Such a lovely location and a wonderful accommodation. Nearby Ellacoya beach was nice on the sunny days, lots of restaurants, we went some place new each of our 8 nights. Close by to lots of shopping from little boutiques, outlets to Walmart and TJ Max. Recommendations by Kimberly for nail salon and water front dining were great. Cottage is adorable and very well kept. Will be back for sure!
